Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item must have a return authorization number.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Magic Cast Products may provide return shipping if there are defects with the product or packaging, not caused by shipping errors, or mishandling of products. The customer is required to pay all shipping costs on all other returns.

Please contact us at info@magiccastproducts.com to start the process of a returned item. Once we have all the necessary information and deem your item returnable, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will send you a return shipping label, if warranted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

There will be a 15% handling/restocking fee on all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less the applicable 15% handling/restocking fee.

Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.

Customers setting up and placing an order require the following information: Company information, Bill to information, Ship to/Delivery information, Purchasing contact, and any special instructions for shipping/delivery.

Product prices are listed based on their set units of measure and sold by the case.

The customer pays all freight charges. Different freight options are listed below.

Freight Charge Options:

· Pre-pay and add to the Sales Order/Invoice

· Collect - Customer will provide their freight account information.

· Third-Party Billing - Customer will provide their 3rd party billing contact information.

· Customer carrier set-up - The customer will email us the Bill of Lading. All freight carriers will pick up loads

only between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm, Mondays through Fridays.

· Will call - Customer will come to our manufacturing facility and pick up directly. No cost will be incurred for the customer.
